Driver will be waiting with name sign at Limo service meeting point in case of airport pickup and will wait in hotel reception in case of hotel pickup. Driver details are assigned in 24 hr of scheduled pickup time and will be visible under booking details in your account. Since driver and you will have each others contact, in case of confusion both can contact each other via call or text.

Driver track flight landing using flight number from booking and will be at airport on actual arrival time. Free waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes. In case of delay inside airport is more than an hour, please contact our support team or directly contact driver to extend the waiting time.

Yes. You can always cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. For cancellation during 24 hr please contact us and support team will discuss with supplier for best possible solution.

If you wish to modify your booking — For change in date/time or any other modifications due to new restrictions, please connect with our support team. We will make all possible changes for your travel. The total price will get affected depending on changed factors like date/time, pick-up or drop location, any additional requirements etc.
